With more than 38 years of experience in public education across Canada and the United States, Janine Roy has served as a classroom teacher, special education teacher, school leader, district leader, and professional learning executive. Her work has focused on supporting meaningful learning, strengthening implementation, and improving conditions for students and staff across diverse educational settings.
Today, Janine provides strategic planning and design support to schools, districts, ministries, agencies, and public education organizations. She helps leaders navigate complexity, clarify priorities, strengthen organizational coherence, and design practical solutions that are grounded in research and responsive to local needs.
